Who is Promperty for?
Promperty is built for property managers coordinating maintenance across their portfolio. Owners, tenants and vendors get their own access through an invitation from their manager.
Can I sign up with my email?
Yes. Create an account with your email and a password, then verify your email to open your workspace. You do not need a ChatGPT account.
What is included in the plan?
There is one plan during early access, with the features listed above. We are keeping it simple while we refine the experience. Property-based plans may be introduced later.
Will I be charged when I sign up?
No. Early access is free and does not require a credit card. Paid billing is not enabled. We’ll tell you the price and ask you to subscribe before any charges begin.
How do my tenants, owners and vendors join?
Add them to your portfolio, assign their property or work, and send an invitation. They sign in with the email address you invited and activate their assigned access.
Can I look around before creating an account?
Absolutely. Explore the interactive demo with sample properties and repairs. Demo changes are separate from your real workspace.
Does Promperty replace my judgment?
No. You choose vendors, manage approvals and review updates. AI-assisted drafts are suggestions for you to check and edit.
